Refund Policy

1. Nature of Purchase
RadarRole offers access to a digital service through one-time purchases. When you purchase a plan, you are buying a fixed period of access to an AI-powered job intelligence platform — not a subscription that renews automatically.
Because access is granted immediately upon purchase and AI agent resources are consumed from the moment onboarding begins, our default policy is no refunds once service access has been granted.
2. No-Refund Threshold
A refund will not be issued once both of the following conditions are met:
- Your payment has been processed successfully, and
- You have completed onboarding and AI agent access has been granted (i.e., your profile has been synthesized and role evaluations have begun)
If you purchase a plan but do not complete onboarding, contact us within 48 hours of purchase and we will consider a refund at our discretion.
3. Exceptions — When We Will Issue a Refund
We will issue a full or partial refund in the following circumstances:
- Billing error — you were charged the wrong amount, charged twice, or charged after your access period should have expired
- Service failure — a verified technical failure prevented you from using the core features of the Service for a material portion of your access period
- Duplicate purchase — you accidentally purchased the same plan twice within a short window
To request a refund under one of these exceptions, email [email protected] with your account email and a description of the issue. We will respond within 5 business days.
4. Abuse-Related Terminations
If we terminate your account for violation of our Terms of Service — including abuse of AI agents, circumventing rate limits, or using the Service for non-job-search purposes — we will issue a prorated refund for unused access time.
The prorated refund is calculated as:
(days remaining / total days purchased) × amount paid,
rounded to the nearest cent. Stripe processing fees are non-refundable and will
be deducted from the refund amount.
This refund is issued at our discretion. We reserve the right to withhold a refund if the abuse caused material costs or harm to the platform or other users.
5. How Refunds Are Processed
Approved refunds are processed via Stripe to your original payment method. Processing time is typically 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. We will send a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated.
