1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RadarRole ("Service", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

RadarRole is an AI-powered job intelligence platform that helps users identify remote job opportunities matching their work preferences. The Service processes your resume, profile answers, and preferences to score job roles and generate personalized outreach drafts.

The Service is provided for personal job search purposes only. Use of the Service for any other purpose is a violation of these Terms.

3. Access and Payments

Access to RadarRole is granted through one-time purchases — not recurring subscriptions. Your access expires at the end of the period you purchased:

  • Trial — 7 days ($5)
  • Hunt — 90 days ($35)
  • Annual — 365 days ($100)
  • Extension — 30 additional days ($15)

Payments are processed by Stripe. Upon expiration, access to AI-powered features is suspended. Your data is retained for 90 days after expiration before deletion.

4. Permitted Use

You may use RadarRole solely for personal job searching. You agree not to:

  • Use AI agents for content unrelated to job searching (e.g. using outreach drafts as a general writing service, running role evaluations on non-job content)
  • Submit fabricated, third-party, or synthetic resumes or profile data
  • Circumvent or attempt to circumvent rate limits or per-user cost controls
  • Use automated scripts, bots, or tools to interact with the Service beyond normal browser use
  • Share your account credentials or allow others to use your access
  • Manipulate your profile to game scoring or recommendations
  • Attempt to extract, scrape, or reverse-engineer our prompts, scoring logic, or company data

5. Fair Use and Abuse Policy

Because the Service relies on paid AI APIs, we monitor per-user API costs and usage patterns to ensure fair use and system integrity. Unusual usage — including excessive agent calls, high token consumption inconsistent with normal job searching, or patterns suggesting non-job-search use — may result in account review.

Examples of abuse include, but are not limited to:

  • Submitting hundreds of outreach draft requests
  • Running role evaluations on content that is clearly not a job posting
  • Repeatedly re-extracting or rewriting your profile without genuine updates
  • Any usage designed to extract value from our AI infrastructure beyond its intended purpose

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for abuse without prior notice. When access is terminated for abuse, we will issue a prorated refund for unused time at our discretion. See Section 7 (Refunds) for details.

6. Service Availability

The Service is provided "as-is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy of AI-generated content, job match quality, or any employment outcomes. AI-generated content — including role evaluations, outreach drafts, and profile summaries — may contain errors and should be reviewed before use.

We are not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated outputs from the Service.

7. Refunds

Please review our Refund Policy for full details. In summary: no refunds are issued after profile creation and agent access is granted, except for service failures, billing errors, or at our discretion for abuse-related terminations.

8. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you submit (resume, profile answers). You grant RadarRole a limited license to process that content to provide the Service. We retain ownership of the platform, prompts, scoring models, and all software underlying the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RadarRole shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost job opportunities, reliance on AI-generated content, or data loss. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 90 days preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms, abuse of the Service, or any reason we deem appropriate. You may request account deletion at any time by contacting [email protected].

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
